I own the Loggy Bayou, and it is a great harness. The most comfortable I have ever worn. Just put the harness on, and tie the rope with the prussic knot around the tree approx head level. Once the rope is tied around the tree simply clip the strap from the harness to the prussic loop with the clip provided and you are good to go.
